Georgia Natural Gas (GNG) – the first and only marketer in Georgia that sold recycled natural gas – teamed up with Honda – the first automaker to build a consumer production car to run on natural gas – as part of GNG’s recycled gas and the environment initiative. Each year, New York Women in Communications presents Matrix Awards to an "A list" of accomplished women in the field of communications. The awards are presented at a gala luncheon in the Waldorf=Astoria before a crowd of 1,200 guests who range from broadcast network CEOS to up-and-coming communications professionals. The 2012 Matrix Awards Gala was a star-studded event featuring headliners Tyra Banks, Glenn Close, Katie Couric, Ann Curry, Peggy Noonan, Meredith Vieira, Barbara Walters and other media industry powerhouses.
Cumberland Packing Corporation, the maker of Sweet'N Low, wanted to reignite this iconic American brand and engage younger adults, particularly women, while continuing to build upon their current consumer demographic that skewed older, Kellen Communications chose to develop a fitting partnership and sweepstake.
Coca-Cola came to Kellen with a new product, a diet soda with fiber. They needed to conduct a study to prove the viability of the drink to help promote weight-loss. Coca-Cola already had a working relationship with Kellen, via their membership in the Calorie Control Council (CCC). They approached Kellen because part of the study had an online weight loss component and they were in need of a more robust weight recording system than CalorieCount.com, a CCC owned website. They also felt the health diet and exercise content on that site would be beneficial to their study groups.
Ohio Natural Gas (ONG) teamed up with The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum to launch the state-of-the-art Foster Theater, with the screening of the first digital 3D, multi-camera, real-time production film, starring the band U2 (called U23D). They needed to create visibility and brand recognition for ONG via their website.
